When you submit an online job application, computer algorithms determine whether you are a qualified candidate and unless you know the ins and outs – the robot/computer will always win. Make sure the resume makes it past the ATS and into the hands of a human being.

Participant Zoom instructions:
Registration with email address is required. The meeting link and password, along with handouts, will be emailed to participants the day before the program.
