Join us for a cooking demonstration with samples, featuring Chef Tony Cannon and his wife Abbey, followed by a community discussion on mental health. This local couple owns 3 food companies: Aunt Tina's Kitchen (Elmhurst), Aunt Tina's Sound Bites Food Truck and That Rub Seasoning Company. Chef Tony has an amazing gift to create exquisite flavor combinations, and will be showing the group how to create three different Appetizers/"Little Things" for snacking at home or entertaining guests.
Samples of each item will be provided for all attendees, along with recipes to take home.
