Calling all sleuths! You're invited to help solve the murder of Bulletproof Bill Mahoney. Interview the suspects, gather the clues, uncover the killer.
The year is 1922, the act of prohibition has forced all drinking establishments to close, and speakeasies have sprung up all over the country. It’s a usual night at The Caterpillar Club – until the biggest organized crime boss and mobster in the city, Bulletproof Bill Mahoney, is found dead! Suddenly, the patrons find themselves suspects in a murder investigation that has to be kept “hush hush” in order to keep the coppers away and the speakeasy open!
Important information for guests/inspectors:
Our suspects will be portrayed by members of Moebius Theatre. Moebius Theatre is a Chicago-area acting/writing troupe with no permanent home, specializing in science fiction-oriented theatre, and often leaning toward the comedic. Seriously. They have been performing at conventions, libraries, and storefronts across the Midwest and as far away as Toronto for as long as anyone bothers to remember.
