Everyday actions can leave anyone open to identity theft. The Illinois Attorney General’s Office will present tips to prevent identity theft and ways to restore your financial profile if it happens.

Attorney General Kwame Raoul's outreach team will help residents:

  • be on the lookout for the latest scams
  • protect yourself from deceptive practices
  • understand consumer rights and actions against fraud
