Trevor Nowak, MA, will provide information on job seeking for people with disabilities, including insights on best practices for employment, reasonable accommodations, inclusive design, and onboarding. Trevor has experience working with people with disabilities as a job coach and as part of a continuous improvement team.  His passion is creating more accessible employment opportunities for historically underrepresented groups of people, as well as shaping business practices & culture to be more inclusive of people from all walks of life.
