Class material is based on Sun 73 forms. These principles contribute to strengthern deep stabilizer muscles, resulting in decreased hip, back, and knee pain, reduced anxiety, and overall improved health. Instructor Erica Bough is the owner of the studio Breathe Life Tai Chi. She is a 4th Degree Black Belt, American Taekwondo Association Certified Instructor and Tai Chi Certified Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute, and a three time World Champion in Taekwondo.
