Instructor Eric Bough is the owner of the studio Breathe Life Tai Chi. She is a 4th Degree Black Belt, American Taekwondo Association Certified Instructor and Tai Chi Certified Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute, and a three time World Champion in Taekwondo.
