Presenter Marianne Boeckenstedt has spent over 12 years sharing her insights about the short and long forms of personal narrative writing. She has shared with adults nation-wide about what makes a great memoir, helping them understand what's important, how values are shaped, and how to frame the events of their lives in meaningful and useful ways. She teaches a structured approach that anyone can use to write about themselves. Marianne has a MA in Adult Education, with a concentration in Writing.
Participant Zoom instructions:
Registration with email address is required. The meeting link and password, along with handouts, will be emailed to participants the day before the program. If you do not receive it by 5:00 p.m. the previous day, please contact the library.
