Part of the Teen Life: Conversations with NAMI series, this program examines ADHD as a common mental health condition that affects students of all ages. It explains how ADHD impacts the brain and learning, outlines the different types of ADHD, and describes how symptoms may vary across genders. The program highlights both the challenges and potential strengths associated with ADHD, such as creativity and innovative thinking. Participants watch videos, complete self-reflection exercises, and receive practical tips and tools for staying organized. The program also emphasizes the importance of support and understanding.
