Part of the Teen Life: Conversations with NAMI DuPage series, this program will delve into the various levels of anxiety, distinguishing between everyday worries and anxiety attacks, and offering guidance on how to handle them. It will also address depression, the most common mental illness worldwide, helping participants recognize when sadness may be turning into depression. Emphasizing that no one is alone, coping strategies and resources for those experiencing anxiety or sadness will also be discussed.
