Don’t miss these engaging conversations designed to support teens in learning about, understanding, and managing their social, emotional, and mental health.
Part of the Teen Life: Conversations with NAMI DuPage series, this workshop addresses four key types of relationships: romantic, family, friendships, and connections with school staff. It explores the difference between healthy and unhealthy dynamics, helping participants learn how to recognize the warning signs of harmful relationships and understand their impact on overall well-being and mental health. Teens will gain practical tools for responding to unhealthy situations, engage in guided discussions, and receive information about available support resources.
