Learn simple self defense techniques while discussing how to speak up when something does not seem right, and to use physical techniques only if there is a real threat.
All attendees under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign an electronic waiver on behalf of the participant in order to participate. The waiver will be emailed to participants one week before the event, so please double check the email address you register with.
