Don’t miss these engaging conversations designed to support teens in learning about, understanding, and managing their social, emotional, and mental health.
Transitioning into young adulthood can be overwhelming. New routines, relationships, schedules, colleges, jobs, and money can significantly impact mental health. Navigating the world around us and making choices independently is uncharted territory. We provide tips and suggestions on what to do and things to consider that can help alleviate some stressors. This program is designed for juniors and seniors in high school, but parents and guardians are welcome to attend as well!
