Procreate Basics for iPad

Procreate is a digital painting app designed specifically for iPad and iPhone. Procreate has gained popularity among artists of all levels due to its versatility, performance, and affordability.

Students will need the following class materials:

1. An iPad that supports at least iOS version 16.3 or later (according to the Procreate app). To find out if your iPad supports iOS16 click here.
2. The Procreate app for iPad. Make sure it's updated via the app store. It should cost about $13.
3. An iPad pencil, whichever model, just make sure it is compatible with your iPad model. Note the USB-C model is $80 does NOT have pressure sensitivity. You can also use a stylus or your finger.
