Experience a healing journey of somatic yoga, a blend of traditional yoga with movement therapy that focuses on raising awareness of tension patterns.
Listen to your body and develop a more mindful approach to movement while you reduce stress and relax.
This program is for adults 18+. Yoga mats will be provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Registration encouraged but walk-ins welcome.
