Participants will have the opportunity to explore simple meditation techniques designed to enhance both personal and professional well-being.

Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference in our lives and in the lives of others. By calming our body and our mind, we can learn a powerful meditation technique that can boost us up and keep us in a state of equipoise. Through meditation we can experience a profound peace, bliss and happiness unlike any we can find in the world. Participants will have a chance to try this simple meditation technique which is the secret to profound personal and professional well-being.
