Join us for a sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, flute, and pyramid with Dana Joyce Yoga and Wellness. Q&A will follow.

Please indicate in your registration if you will be bringing your own mat (these will not be provided) or if you would like a chair to be provided (instead of being on the ground).
