JB Organizing will highlight five practical things organization can do to help combat chaos in physical and mental spaces.

Chaos has a direct impact on our Mental Health. Organization can help improve our Mental Health. In this talk we will look at how chaos in our physical space and in our mental space directly impacts mental health and how organization can help combat the chaos. Real world stories will be shared to help reinforce the fact that this is something that impacts everyone and you are not alone. Finally, we will highlight 5 practical ways we can use Organization in our daily life to gain POWER over our Mental Health.

Jennifer is an Organizer, Speaker, and Mom of 5 kids in 5 years including a set of twins. J. She helps people to declutter and organize their mental and physical space; bringing order to their home, life, office, and future. She does this by presenting to groups and organizations and by working one on one with clients to work through the physical stuff, create and implement systems to increase efficiency, improve time and task management, and instruct on the use technology to get and stay organized. Jennifer began her career as a Professional Organizer and Speaker almost 25 years ago with the creation of JB Organizing.
