Teen Meditation and Stress Management

Join Dr. Meena Balakrishnan in a workshop about how breathing techniques and meditation can benefit your daily life. She will also guide you into an experience of meditation.

Please join Downers Grove Orthodontist Dr. Meena Balakrishnan as she presents a workshop
on breath and meditation. Dr. Balakrishnan is a thriving orthodontist in Downers Grove
for over 11 years.  She also teaches at the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry.

She also has a passion for meditation and has practiced meditation
for the past 24 years. Her entire family practices these techniques.  She will share the benefits of these techniques in bringing about mindfulness and stress
reduction. She volunteers for the Art of Living Foundation (an international non-profit
organization) teaching breathing and meditation techniques in her community. During
this session she will talk about how breathing techniques and meditation benefit your
daily life and she will also guide you into an experience of meditation.
